Shipping policy
Shipping:
All ready-to-ship orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination and service selected. International and US shipping is through UPS. Domestic shipments include a tracking number and insurance up to $100. Additional insurance and/or signature confirmation can be purchased at checkout.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any and all duties and/or import taxes when applicable. Customs delays may occur. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged:
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery.
Ceramics are extremely fragile and occasionally, they may be damaged in transit. All damages must be reported within 3 days upon receiving your order. Claims must include your order number and photos of the box and damaged item/s for a refund or store credit to be issued.
Made-to-order, Wholesale Orders, and Commissioned:
Made-to-order, wholesale orders, and commissioned pieces depend largely on the size of the order. Shipment timing and details will be discussed and agreed upon during the conversation but typically work will ship within 6-8 weeks. For inquiries, please reach out at tashakirindesigns@gmail.com.
