This minimalist styled carafe with cup is wheel thrown with white stoneware and hand prepared black stoneware. The outside of the carafe and cup are left unglazed and sanded for a silky smooth surface.  Inside of the carafe and cup are glazed in a lead-free, clear matte glaze.
